I am upset and feel terrible. I found out that Gmail has been sending all of my business emails to the spam folder. I have received emails asking about prices and special orders and had no idea! I did not know that my Gmail saw my own website communications as spam. UGHH!!!!! I have 3 sites I sell on. Etsy, My own website and now Artfire. I am going to simplify things for myself and stick with Etsy and Artfire. I do fairly well on my website, but when things like this happen I feel terrible for those not able to reach me.

Whats not to love about France!?!

I know I sound like Stuart Smally from Saturday Night Live, but this is my daily affirmation haha. These are more pictures of the wine regions and the Cognac region....I just love love love France.

Everything about France gives inspiration.

There is so much life and color. The charm of the countryside is so inviting. The city of Paris is so alive with sights and sounds...the smell of bread baking.

I have been to many countries in Europe. I will give a little advice. Don't pay one of those american tour company's to show you the sights and shuttle you around on their schedule. Be brave, learn some of the language and rent a car. Oh and buy a GPS and make sure you get the country's road maps you need downloaded for it! So you get lost? You will find your way. Some tour company''s might be really good...that are in Paris for showing you the typical sights, but I think exploring is the best way. Just learn the language enough to be able to follow signs and be respectful enough to talk in their language.

France as my inspiration.

Pull up a chair and have some coffee or tea!?! My daily inspirations. I create everyday and it is amazing to find such beautiful inspiration from France, my favorite Country. (Besides my own of course!)

Another Day Another Zen

I think my blog is becoming my digital journal for my creative side! The day starts with coffee or tea, usually coffee.

As I look at all of my jewelry pieces and supplies I start to put pieces together and the creativity starts flowing. Everything else drifts away. All stresses are appeased at the moment.

I love the rich colors in nature.

So relaxed to create.

What do you all do to find your Zen state?

My Zen.

I find my Zen state by creating jewelry. To sit in a sunny warm room with the light coming through the soft white sheer curtains in my studio with the perfect cup of coffee.

Thinking about the gardens in France and how the soft frost on the leaves and grass shimmers in the sunlight.

Nature inspires me , either through color or texture. The way nature can marry colors better than I can makes me envious ..haha.

Redecorating My Studio/Craft Room/Catch All Room!

I decided after looking at my craft room that I needed a change. I do all of my jewelry making in here along with everything else creative. I need a change though. I need something that is full of life and since this room is bright ..I want it to be a soft and comfortable area. These pictures are my inspirations.

The first picture caught my eye with the way she used all the accent colors. The room keeps your eyes moving as there is so much to see. The second picture is softer and more neutral. I would like a mix of both.

French Crystal Sconces....Ooh LaLa!!

I was blessed to receive these sconces for Christmas. I absolutely adore them. The crystals are HUGE. I haven't figured out exactly where to place them. I already have a chandelier over my fireplace so I think that might be over kill.

I have learned so much from looking at some of the most talented peoples blogs in blogland. I have learned to decorate the way I really wanted to, but honestly was overwhelmed by the thought of changing and going French. I love things French and France so it was a great decision to redecorate my home. I feel like I am back in France again when I come home and that makes me smile. So Thank you to all of you that have inspired and taught me how to decorate and not be afraid.
